Problem with pouch Production Counter on <Simple View Screen>
Thank you for your continued support. We have identified a problem with the <Simple View Screen> on the touch panel display of our pouch making machine, in which the information in the red frame is not updated correctly. (See Figure 1)
Note: The following machines are not affected.
*Machines not equipped with a touch screen.
*Machines that have not undergone a program upgrade since January 2021.
*There is a similar display on the "pouch Making Condition" screen, but there is no malfunction here.
*The problem does not occur when the "Simple Display" screen is used at all times.

If the last four digits of the <UI application name> are 1184 to 1203, the machine is an affected machine.
