A concept of a head office building is "Reduction of the effects on the environment".
The office building responds to Totani's policy of "Environmentally-friendly manufacturing" - such as electric
power saving by a photo voltaic system and water saving to use well water, introduction of a ventilation system with
little change of room temperature, high thermal efficiency by use of highly advanced heat rejection glass, saving of
energy, and the photo catalytic paint which contributes to air purification is used inside/outside of the building because
it excels in deodorization, antibacterial properties, and antifouling property. |

The bag making machine becomes sophisticated and bigger to meet diversified market needs.
Furthermore, the bag making machine which manufactures a package is also asked for cleaner manufacture environment from
viewpoints of safety with the increase in the bag demand for food and medical supplies.
In the head office building having enough space, in order to respond to the customer needs of cost reduction and delivery
shortening, the newest SAS system (high-speed automatic warehousing system) is introduced.
Moreover, not only the clean environment in a factory is created by separating the inside of a factory from an external
truck yard by a double automatic shutter but also we improved the efficiency of machine carry-in/out by using the crane
which can straddle a shutter and produce high-quality products in the good manufacture environment. |

We brought Sales Department and Mechanic /Electric Design Department together in one floor
and integrated Production Data Management Department from the south factory to collect the function of the organization.
With the wireless LAN of "In-house Computer Net Work", all sections listen to the customers' voices and the
open environment which can meet the customers' demand is created.
Also, the fingerprint authentication system into all doors in the building is designed and introduced to ensure the
protection of the customers' information. |
