VK-90 : Product Features

This model machine can use the side-weld method to make trapezoidal, triangular, and rectangular pouches. With up to 40 degrees of adjustment on the thermal blade, many angles are possible. As alignment of thermal blade and angle adjustment are easy, size and shape changes can be accomplished quickly.

Totani's original servo motor control system realizes both a high speed of 120 CPM x 2 lines, and high quality (beautiful and high-strength side-weld sealing), in spite of large-sided pouches.

The maximum cycle per minute described is verified under the certain conditions.
