This model has the basic features of D-series bag making machine: High-speed bag making, strong parts to extend machine’s life, and endurance enhancement. However, it can manufacture the box pouch with a side gusset and zipper, unlike the other BH-60D series. |

The biggest advantage is the contribution to environmental protection. When making a pouch of 750 ml, the box pouch with a side gusset saves film by about 12 % in comparison with the pouch with stand-up, because the box pouch with a side gusset has larger volume. And, lesser film to cut (trim) for slit saves resources considerably, like the conventional BH-80HVG-F model.
In addition, Totani's own other technology is used. For example, the top of a side gusset is folded back by 45 degrees for packing structure. The complicated bag making process realizes the bag-making high speed of 100 bags/min. |

Just the same as used in earlier machines, alphabet S will be attached to indicate the machine is equipped with a stand pack system; C will designate machines equipped with a zipper unit. Example:
