The Easy Spout Sealing Machine stands for a machine that attaches the Spout to the Pouch via a sealing process. The only difference from Totani's ST-24 is in the Production Speed and the fact that the Spout and Pouches are supplied manually in the Easy Spout Sealing Machine.

You know at the time of Product Development or Trial Operations, trials are conducted by sealing the spouts to a number of Pouches of different sizes. In such cases using the ST-24 which produces 60 ppm would lead to over production and hence a lot of waste. Moreover, in the case of automatic machinery a lot of time is required to change the settings every time a new spout is needed to be tested also resulting in unnecessary waste. |

No. Actually only the loading of pouches & spout and unloading of the finished spouted pouch is manual. Otherwise, the Sealing process and Cooling is all automatic. The Sealing bar is the same as used in ST-24 and the Cooling Bar used in TOTANI's Automatic Machinery. And of course the Seal Time, Seal pressure, Sealing Temperature has to be set only once, thereafter, the operation is all automatic and the same data can be used just as it is in ST-24. |
