A world's largest packaging show "Interpack 2008" was held in Dusseldorf, Germany for 7 days from April 24 to 30, 2008. Totani exhibited the following two machines at the show.

1. BH-60DG-F for box pouch (side gusset with square flat bottom) with zipper
2. BH-60DLL for three-side-seal pouch

BH-60DG-F

We made a demonstration for BH-60 DG-F pouch making of the box pouch (side gusset with square flat bottom) with zipper at 100 cycles per minute. This is the first time that this machine is exhibited in public at a show in and outside of the country and we received good reputations from the visitors. Totani continues to attempt the improvement and further development for high speed and performance of the machines. BH-60DLL

We gave a demonstration for BH-60DLL 2-line pouch making for three-side-seal pouch by using transparent retort film at 300 cycles per minute. As for the processing of 600 pouches per minute, the stacker and the non-stop conveyor for faulty bag exclusion are set. We received good reputation for the pile of the aligned pouches at such ultra high speed. This machine is based on the new model BH-60D series for three-side-seal. The capability of 300 cycles per minute by the three-side-seal and 240 cycles per minute by the three–side-seal with standing pouch are realized.
